In today’s world, it feels more vital than ever to craft yoga classes that feel connected to a theme that is honest, powerful, and inspiring. Oftentimes, though, "Dharma Talks" at the beginning of class can be difficult for Yoga Teachers to navigate - how do we use the ancient teachings in a contemporary way? How do we ensure that our personal stories or perspectives have a universal message? And how do we become adept at weaving them into our classes and workshops? Join us for this special program geared towards teachers from all lineages of Yoga. Claim your unique voice and viewpoint with this opportunity to practice digging deep into the Heart of the Practice. Learn to craft your classes to reflect your intention to serve and support your community with courage and conviction.

What to Expect:

• Assigned reading and creating with classic Yogic Texts

• Guided journaling and group discussion on appropriate themes for classes

• Supportive Space to practice sharing with encouraging feedback

• Optional opportunity to continue mentorship post training with the SoulFULL Team
