SoulFULL Solutions is…
SoulFULL Solutions was created in 2020 by Ali Cramer, Sheri Celentano and Kenny Frisby. Our goal was to form an online platform that upholds our beliefs that yoga should be accessible, useful, and transformative. Our intention with all our offerings is to honor the tradition of Yoga and illustrate how it can be used to navigate the challenges of both individual self care and collective healing. It is vital to us that we share the teachings in an inclusive and ethical manner, in alignment with the philosophy of the Practice.
We offer donation based/sliding scale classes, workshops and trainings geared towards all levels and abilities of practitioners. We hope to one day have a permanent space to land- for now we are so grateful for the global access provided by technology. With our combined fifty years of teaching experience both nationally and internationally, we hope SoulFULL can be a safe space to continue to grow our teaching, serve our students, and offer these practices in an honorable and loving way.
